CHICKEN CASEROLE

Caserole come from a French word called ‘saucepan” , so basically chicken casserole is basically a one dish pan sauce. This is a simple sauce you can whip up for lunch or dinner.

  1. Melt 1/4 of salted butter

  2. Season your soft chicken breasts with some chicken spice, seasoning, garlic powder. you cam add more seasoning if you like.

  3. Then go in with the chicken into the pan of melted butter.

  4. Cook the chicken 3 minutes on each side till its ready; after every 3 minutes flip the chicken so both sides cook properly, this should take 15 minutes, do well to cook the chicken properly.

  5. When your chicken is ready , nice and brown, take it out and set aside.

  6. Now go in with some minced garlic and blended pepper, add some seasoning. Stir in for 1 minute.

  7. Then go in with 2 cups cooking cream .

  8. Add 1/4 block of cheddar cheese or cheese slices.

  9. Now stir this till it becomes thick , this will take about 2-4 minutes.

  10. Now re introduce your cooked chicken into cream sauce , and combine with the cream.

  11. Go in with some vegetable of choice, bell peppers, carrots, celery or fresh parsley.

  12. Allow to cook for 3 minutes and your chicken casserole is ready! Serve with some white rice and enjoy!
