CHICKEN ALFREDO PASTA

This is an Italian pasta dish  made with cooking cream and tossed tin butter and juicy pan  fried chicken.

  1. Season your chicken breasts with some seasoning cubes, cayenne pepper and some garlic powder
  2. Add some vegetable oil to lock uptake moisture and mix everything till the chicken is well seasoned
  3. Add some vegetable oil in a pan and pan fry your chicken

  4. Pan fry till it is nice and brown on both sides.

  5. In another pan melt some butter then go in with some chopped onions (optional)

  6. Add some blended peppers (optional) and stir fry till it is fragrant.

  7. Go in with some cooking cream

  8. Taste and add more seasoning if you have to

  9. Stir and allow the cream come to simmer

  10. Go in with your pasta cooked al dente

  11. Mix the pasta into the cream

  12. Add some pasta water and some marinade from the chicken.

  13. Garnish with extra chilli pepper and fresh parsley
