BUTTER CHICKEN CURRY SAUCE

This sauce is a very lush and rich delicacy you should try out. can be paired with naan bread, pasta ,rice and more.

  1. First marinate your chicken with some greek unsweetened yoghurt

  2. Add some curry powder, some chilli/cayenne pepper , seasoning cubes , garlic powder.
  3. Mix the chicken very well then set aside to marinate.
  4. In a pot go in with some vegetable oil, chopped onions, garlic cloves , stir till fragrant.
  5. Go in with some cinnamon sticks or cinnamon powder
  6. Then add your tatashe,yellow habanero peppered habanero pepper and some fresh tomatoes.

  7. Add some salt and some water , cover the pot and allow the contents to cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
  8. After 15 minutes pour the contents of the pot into a blender
  9. Blend smoothly and turn it into a bowl and set aside.
  10. In a pan go in with some vegetable oil,
  11. Add your marinated chicken and stir fry for 8-10 minutes or till the meat is properly cooked.
  12. Now go in with the marinade into the pan.
  13. Introduce some butter
  14. Then go in with your cooking cream.
  15. Stir then go in with your seasoning and allow the sauce come to a simmer
  16. Your butter chicken curry is ready! serve and enjoy! garnish with some more coking cream, and fresh parsley
