BUKA STEW WITH DRIED FISH AND FRIED MEAT

Buka stew is a popular Nigerian stew that is present in every Nigerian home. It is simple, versatile, delicious and easy to make. It is made with assorted meat, cooked in tomato base (Nigerian pepper mix) and palm oil

  1. blend one chilli, bell peppers, onions, fresh tomatoes and garlic in a blender

  5. add some water stir and allow to cook

  6. Bleach your palm oil for 3-5 minute, then introduce into a pot

  9. stir the allow to cook for 15 minutes, do to close the pot

  10. by 15 minutes this is what it should look like, the oil floating and bubbling

  11. go in with more seasoning, stir and cover to cook for another 10-25 minutes
