BLENDED PLANTAIN IN BEANS PORIDGE

This is beans and plantain porridge with a list cos the plantain is blended.

  1. in a blender add your plantains, onions and are. blend into a smooth paste.

  4. by this time your beans should be pre cooked and very soft. then introduce blended plantains.
