Beef & Liver sauce

A spicy delicious sauce that can be eaten with anything .

  1. Wash the beef and put in a pot

  2. Spice with salt, stock cube, curry, thyme,dried basil,fresh pepper, pepper soup spice

  3. Add water and boil untill soft

  4. Wash the liver and put in a pot

  5. Spice with salt, stock cube, curry, thyme, dried basil, fresh pepper, pepper soup spice

  8. Blend little ginger and garlic

  9. Get tin tomato paste

  10. Once your meat and liver is ready,fry untill golden

  11. Once it is ready,set aside

  12. Heat up vegetable oil

  13. Add in onions paste and fry for 10 minutes

  14. Add in fresh pepper and stir

  15. Add ginger and garlic paste ,stir and allow fry

  16. Stir in tomato paste and mix thoroughly, allow to fry for 10 minutes

  17. Add more oil and continue to fry

  19. Add your beef and liver,mix thoroughly and allow to fry for 3 minutes
