Beans salad

Beans salad which could be also referred to as Nigerian beans salad is a vegan salad which could also be adopted by non vegans , it’s a blend of pulse, veggies,spices and fat.

  1. Wash and clean measured beans

  2. Bring to a boil on medium heat

  3. Wash and prep (slice) lettuce and cabbage

  4. Slice cabbage

  6. Allow beans cook till tender

  7. In a bowl , add in boiled beans

  9. Add lettuce , black Cameroon pepper, mayonnaise ,pepper.

  10. Toss the salad thoroughly with a spoon
