Beans and fried plantain

Beans and plantain is my favorite food,it’s very filling and sweet.

  1. Wash your beans,put in a pressure pot(for it to get soft faster) and boil untill almost soft.
  2. Once it is soft,take out the water left and pour your beans into a normal pot.
  3. Add onions,salt,pepper, stock cube, crayfish and palm oil,stir and allow to boil for few minutes untill it's ready
  4. Cut your plantain
  5. Heat up vegetable oil and fry your plantain untill brown
  6. Serve your beans and plantain,Enjoyyy
