Banga soup

A very sweet delicacy made with palm nut extract .

  1. Put your palm nut extract to a boil untill it becomes thick
  2. Once it is thick,add your periwinkle (optional)
  3. Add in your salt,pepper, stock cube and crayfish...allow to boil for 10minutes
  4. Add your protein (I used fish and meat),add and allow to boil for 3 minutes.
  5. Add in your Atama leaf( beletientien leaf)
  6. Boil for 5 minutes and put off your fire,soup is ready
  7. Serve and enjoy with any swallow of your choice.
