- Crayfish
- 1 Cup
- Atama leaf(beletientien leaf)
- Put your palm nut extract to a boil untill it becomes thick
- Once it is thick,add your periwinkle (optional)
- Add in your salt,pepper, stock cube and crayfish...allow to boil for 10minutes
- Add your protein (I used fish and meat),add and allow to boil for 3 minutes.
- Add in your Atama leaf( beletientien leaf)
- Boil for 5 minutes and put off your fire,soup is ready
- Serve and enjoy with any swallow of your choice.
