This recipe teaches you how to makeĀ asunĀ also known in English as peppered goat meat (mutton)

  1. Wash your meat and cut into desired sizes
  2. Spice with seasoning, onions bulbs, curry, thyme and any other desired spice
  3. Boil till tender
  4. In a mortar, pound ginger, garlic, tatashe, and atarodo
  5. In a pan, put a little vegetable oil, add chopped onions, add the pepper mix and fry for 2 minutes
  6. Add some of the meat stock and bring to a boil. Then add your meat and stir till the water is dried up
