Jollof rice and fried rice with fried chicken
  1. 1. Chicken, wash, marinade with your seasoning add water and cook. chicken should be well seasoned because the stock sets the tone for your food, when done cooking fry and set aside.
  2. 2. Jollof rice- Fry your tin tomatoes, add blended pepper,let it fry, add stock from chicken, add your curry, salt, thyme, bay leaves let it fry well.
  3. 3. Add stock and little water, cover and let it boil, when it's boiling, add rice, and reduce heat, when it's almost ready add butter and white pepper,sliced onions and tomatoes and cover let it cook for 5 minutes,remove heat and stir, cover again and wait for 2 minutes. Done.
  4. 4. Fried rice- wash your rice drain completely, put a pot on cooker add little oil, curry, salt, white pepper, and pour rice, let it fry, after which you pour water to cook the rice, but it should not be too soft. Cover with foil paper and pot cover.
  5. 5. Get a frying pan, add a dash of oil, add diced carrots, other diced veggies and add hot dog,add little salt, and pour into cooked rice, stir and reduce heat, check taste and adjust with little salt. Done
